Portland Drafting Services works with Homeowners & Builders to create drawings used to support the client’s building permit application. PDS will visit with the Builder at the proposed building site, take measurements of existing conditions, understand the Homeowner’s project scope, gather design details from the Builder (framing techniques & dimensions, siding, insulation, etc.) that need to be part of the building permit application. PDS will submit all requested drawings & revisions for client approval.
